Q. Why are my paintings not
exactly the same as the web site images?
A. Please remember that each painting is an original and is therefore
unique. The colors of your original will always be more vibrant and the
lines crisper than you will see on your monitor. Sparkles, embossed gold
lines and the gold and silver borders do not reproduce well on your monitor, you
will LOVE the originals.
Will sunlight or moisture damage my painting?
A. Yes. These are watercolors and are very sensitive to
sunlight and of course they cannot get wet, unless you want a creation of
your own design!
Can I have Priority shipping?
A. All my art is shipped FREE
by Priority Mail
within the US and Canada.
Can you personalize a card?
A. All cards are blank but on several images on this site, I make
suggestions as to how you can personalize it.
What is PayPal?
A. PayPal is the
largest secure online payment service
and it's FREE. It allows you to pay by credit card without revealing your
information to the seller.
Is there a minimum order?
A. Yes. One card!
Can cards be returned or exchanged?
A. As each is an original watercolor, I am unable to accept exchanges or
returns. However, if your items arrive damaged, please return the entire
shipment within 30 days from the shipment date and I will gladly replace it.
Can you do large orders?
A. Any order larger than 20 cards is a large order. Please e-mail me
with your requirements prior to placing such an order to determine if your needs
can be met in a timely fashion.
Where can I see your cards?
A. There are several lovely retail establishments that carry my work,
some are listed under Retail Stores.
If you don't find an
outlet near you on the list,
please e-mail me with your location, I'll supply the name and
address of the one closest to you.
Q. Do the cards have envelopes?
A. Yes, every card comes in a clear plastic protective envelope and has a
plain white mailing envelope included in the package.
